How do I place an order and when will I receive my meals?
The easiest way to place an order is to place through our online store on our website – click on view menu and then select the meals that you would like and proceed to checkout. It should be very user friendly and easy but if you experience any difficulties, please let us know, your feedback is greatly appreciated. Our aim is to make the experience as easy as possible.
The website is updated with all available stock, if you place your order from the website then your order will be ready for collection or delivery on the same day or next day or as per your request if you would like it on a later date. Orders placed before 12:00 can be delivered same day.
If you would prefer, orders can also be placed via WhatsApp – 081 337 8742. Our digital menu is available on Facebook and can also be requested via WhatsApp, otherwise everything is on our website page - HERE
Is your packaging microwave safe?
Yes, all our foil containers can go in the microwave. The lid needs to be removed, and container placed in the middle of the microwave. Our plastic soup & sauces packets/containers are also microwave safe.
How do I heat up my food?
All heating instructions are on the packaging. For curries, stroganoffs, soups and sauces, the easiest and quickest is to defrost beforehand, then transfer to a saucepan on the stove and heat while stirring, until reaching a simmer.
Our bakes, like our casseroles, lasagnes and cottage pies are best baked in the oven until cheesy topping is golden and crispy. Our baked dishes can also be baked in an air fryer.

How long do the meals last in the freezer?
Frozen meals in the freezer will stay safe indefinitely, over time the taste and texture may deteriorate. This time frame is about 3-6 months. Generally frozen meals can be stored in the freezer for up to 3 months for best quality.
What are your payment options?
Once order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email, the invoice will then be sent which has details of payment method options. For payment, we accept EFT, PayToday or cash.
What ingredients are used in your meals?
We use only the best quality ingredients. Our chicken is sourced from a small local farmer with very good practices, the chickens are free to roam and are not fed any antibiotics or growth hormones. Our beef and lamb are sourced from a local farmer, the animals are grass fed and no antibiotics/growth hormones are used. All our fresh produce is local or organic where possible. We do not use any preservatives, packaged sauces or anything with MSG. Our cooking practices are of a high standard, we only cook in high grade stainless steel. We use real butter and real extra virgin olive oil. For lentils, beans and chickpeas, we do not use canned products, we soak the legumes for minimum 24 hours and cook from scratch.

Is there a minimum order amount?
We have no minimum order; you can order one meal up to as many as your freezer will fit. We offer free deliver on orders over N$600 and on orders under N$600 there is a N$50 delivery fee.
Do you have a collection point?
Yes, we do. We do not currently have a shop, but orders can be collected from our kitchen location, which is on Olof Palme Street in Eros. Collection times are anytime between 08:00 and 16:00 Monday to Friday. Out of hours collection can also be pre-arranged.
When do you do deliveries?
We are usually doing deliveries in the afternoon, each day the delivery times differ a little bit, but we do try and offer the delivery time that is best suited to you. We can also do deliveries some mornings if this is your preference. Delivery time will be arranged via email or WhatsApp after order is placed.
What areas do you deliver to?
Our Delivery Zones are: Eros, Klein Windhoek, Ludwigsdorf, Avis, Luxury Hill, Windhoek Central, Windhoek West, Southern Industrial, Suiderhof, Olympia, Auasblick, Kleine Kuppe, Academia, Prosperita, Pioneers Park, Hochland Park.
If you are on Olof Palme and would like delivery and your order is under N$600 – please deduct the delivery charge.
